Abstract Submission

The deadline for lodging your submission is Friday 17 February 2012.

All presenters at ASA2012 Canberra are required to complete this form. If you are presenting more than once, you must complete the form for each of your presentations - ie. if you are presenting a plenary presentation and a workshop, please complete the form twice. On successful completion of the form, an automated email will be forwarded acknowledging receipt of your submission.

Presentations are assessed by an independent adjudication panel. You may choose to submit your presentation for one prize only. Funded keynote speakers, ASA directors and members of the conference convening committee are not eligible for these prizes - please indicate accordingly.

Best clinical presentation - only presentations of a clinical nature are eligible

Best research presentation - only presentations with a research component are eligible

Best first time/student presentation - you are eligible only if you have not presented at a national or international meeting OR if you are currently studying towards your entry level sonography qualification

Best proffered oral presentation - only presentations submitted by the author for possible inclusion within the program after the publication of the draft program are eligible

Best poster presentation or case report - only poster presentations (either paper or electronic) or oral case report presentations are eligible

Not eligible for prizes - funded keynote speaker/ASA director/conference convening committee member.

The winner of the Best overall presentation is selected from the winners of all prize categories.

Your biography and photograph will be used on the website and during the conference.
